How it
takes shape.
From the sheet to the structure, right through to the finishing touches. Every stage works together.
01Die-cutting

Precision that gives shape.
Cutting and creasing turn the sheet into a structure ready to become packaging. Die-cutting defines outlines, folds and tabs to suit the material and the design.

- Shaping boxes, cartons and displays

02Litho lamination

Strength inside. Identity outside.
We bond printed paper to a corrugated or solid board substrate. The outer layer brings the graphics to life, while the structure gives the packaging the rigidity it needs.
- Paper-to-board lamination
- Microflute, B-flute and solid board substrates
- Printed and embellished sheets
03Folding & gluing

Every fold in its place.
Folding and gluing complete the packaging structure. An essential process for precise boxes and cartons that match the design and are ready to use.
- Folding and gluing structures
- Completing boxes and cartons
- Coordination with other processes
04Hot foil stamping

A detail that leaves an impression.
Heat and pressure transfer foil onto the board. Metallic, matte and holographic foils highlight logos, lettering and graphic details, creating a finish you can see and feel.
- Gold and silver foils
- Matte and holographic finishes
- Embellishments for premium packaging
